Steven Lisa Conlon – Mt Barker Railway Steam Ranger Station; 50 SIX ONE

I haven’t done a shoot at the Mt Barker Railway station before, it was a little gem of a spot complete with a little cottage garden on the side.  The sun was perfect coming out at the end peeking through the trees and providing beautiful bokeh to frame this loving couple.  Steven popped the question to Lisa back on 26th September ’17; he surprised her with a champagne breakfast at the Stamford Grand, Glenelg, then headed over to the Adelaide Oval with her leading to ‘Lights Lookout’ overlooking the oval and city where on bended knee he asked Lisa to be his wife, Lisa in awe of her surroundings said ‘yes’ and the rest is history.  Really looking forward to their wedding at the Adelaide Oval next year!  To top our photography session off we ended up at 50 SIX ONE cafe where Steven had pre-ordered for Lisa and himself a couple of sensational milk shakes! If you haven’t been there and like your sweets then this is the place to be.  Being a weeknight it was almost empty  so we had a bit of fun changing seats, the staff even got in on the action providing sparklers to top their drinks off as it started to get dark.  🙂
